have 21 years hands on experience in the Retirement
Village industry, successfully developing and operating Sugarland Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg
as well as developing Fraser Shores Retirement Village (58 Nissen Street) and Fraser Shores 2 Retirement Village (100 Nissen Street) which are both located in Hervey Bay.

Gateway to the Coral Isles and the Great Barrier Reef, we are only 4 hours drive or 45 minutes flight from Brisbane.
